This includes a reference sheet for your character. Usually a front view + a back view. If requested the poses can be changed.

Terms of Service

General

By contacting me for a commission the client confirms that they have agreed to all the terms listed.

• I retain all the rights over the artwork at any stage of the progress. This includes sketches and progress shots.• I reserve the right to publish the commissioned artwork on my portfolio site and social media (The client can request to keep the commissioned artwork private).• I reserve the right to publish the WIP of the commissioned artwork, which includes process images, sketches, and video recordings of the process.• I reserve the right to terminate the commission due to the violation of the terms of service, poor communication, and rude behavior.• The client is allowed to use the artwork for personal use only.• The client may share the artwork on social media if they specify the artist.• The client is not allowed to sell or distribute or make money in any way with the artwork.• Unauthorized use of my work for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden. commission process

After specifying the commission I will send you three sketches to choose from for the final artwork.Additional sketches can be requested for the additional fee of 10 USD.Visual reference is preferred. However, please do not use AI-generated images as reference.Once the client receives and approves the final sketch the payment must be made in full.The client may request to pay half the price after the final sketch approval and half after I complete 50% of the artwork.During the process the client will receive multiple versions of the work in progress to ensure the client's wishes.The client is entitled to ask for updates during the commissioning process.After the sketch stage, it is possible to request small changes and adjustments to the artwork. However, any major changes could result in additional fees.The delivery of the finished artwork should take no longer than two months.The client will be notified asap if the artwork cannot be delivered within the specified time frame or deadline.The commission will be cancelled if the client does not respond within one month after communication.

Payment

• The payment is done via Paypal invoicing system.• Payment is due after the sketch approval by the client.• I request the payment after the sketching phase. The half-payment plan is available only for the commissioned artworks priced 150 USD and above.• Complex designs may result in additional fees.

refunds

• The commission can be canceled / refunded fully before I start working on the artwork.• In the case of cancelation after work has begun (after sketch is completed), the client is allowed a partial refund (will be discussed individually).• If a refund is requested I will return the amount I have received (I will not cover payment fees caused by the payment method).

If you have any request or concern regarding my TOS just let me know (preferably before I start working on your art). If necessary I can change some of my terms to fit your requirements e.g. have a deadline agreed upon.
